Bamford Body Treatments
(Foot Ritual, Shiatsu, Full body massage, abdominal massage, mini facial)
Our signature treatment combines carefully targeted ancient healing techniques to offer you a fully immersive body experience. A foot cleansing ritual begins the relaxation process. Japanese Shiatsu massage is then used to open the body’s meridians, penetrate the muscles and to unblock the energy channels, restoring balance and flow. Using gently warmed massage oil, we massage the back and legs and target areas of concern to release specific points of tension. We follow with an abdominal massage and a mini facial including a face cleansing and face massage. Finally, you will be given an Indian head massage to relieve headaches, pain and calm the mind.

This full-body massage uses a combination of Shiatsu and traditional massage techniques to work with the upper layers of muscle tissue to enhance a full body and mind deep relaxation.

A signature treatment to calm both body and mind, this holistic massage eases tense muscles and reduces stress levels, while restoring and realigning energy in the body. A cleansing ritual begins the cleansing and relaxation process. A Shiatsu massage targets pressure points along the body to release tension, balance energy flow and trigger the process of self-healing. Swedish back and leg massage focuses on improving circulation, relaxing the muscles and reducing both emotional and physical stress.
A focused massage directed at the most common areas of tension in the body. Our massage techniques are used to work deep into the muscle groups of the back and shoulders with special attention given to any knots. Specific pressure points are targeted in the upper back and neck to encourage profound relaxation and release tension.

This massage uses a combination of Shiatsu and traditional techniques to work with the deep layers of muscle tissue and treat acute tension from overuse. Adhesions in the muscles can cause pain, inflammation and restriction of movement so this massage works to increase blood flow, realign the different layers of tissue, relax tight muscles and encourage them to strengthen and heal.

Public parking can be found in the neighbouring streets of August or at Q-Park (Berchem Station) at a 10-minute walking distance.
Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to start to avoid a full charge of the booking. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Non-guaranteed reservations are not accepted.
